See a good physical therapist who will not only give you relief from your pain, but who will give you lots of helpful hints, such as, if you drive a car, place your hands at the bottom of the steering wheel which will relieve the stress from driving. If you use a computer mouse, take a lot of breaks, like every 5 minutes. Get to a GOOD physical therapist and learn how to cope with this aggravating and painful condition. Good luck to you.
