I have a constant pain on my right wrist by the left side and on the palm of the same hand underneath the thumb. I went to the orthopedic and he said I have "carpal tunnel", gave me a bracelet to wear during the night and whenever I can during the day. What exactly is "carpal tunnel" and can this be cured just with a bracelet? I should ask this quetion to the doctor, but since they are always in a rush I didnt. I know It can be operated, but I supposed I'm not yet there. Thanks in advance to any response.
