I had it very severe in both wrists (grocery store scanners) I quit that job. Taking the omega 3 & 6 oil capsules helped a lot, also wearing a ridgid wrist brace at night and also when doing certain things that make the wrist bend inwards. Refrain from doing things that make it act up worse. I always had severe pain after cutting thegrass, shampooing the carpet Things that you need to grip that also cause vibration. and also holding on tightly to something like riding on the subway and holding on to the pole etc. Over the yeas it has gotten much better. only flares up If i forget and do something I shouldn't. Most of the nerve damage has repared itself and I have most of the feeling back in my fingertips.
