I WAS going to say that if you take Prenisone and feel better in 24 hours, then you definitely have Poly. Since you already take that,though, that won't work. I don't think the fatigue goes along witn tne Poly. I'm glad the doctor is going to give another test. I'm not convinced you that Polymyalgia Rheumatica. My girlfriend's comes on...she takes Prednisone......it gets better.....she thinks she's well. In a couple of month, back it comes again. Some people get over it right away and some have it on and off for months. I think there's a possibility that you have Fibromyalgia. Same sysmtoms. Good luck!
