I don't know anything about Polymyalgia, except for that a nurse used the word once before my Dr. diagnosed me w/ Fibromyalgia. It's a lot similar to what you described. I've had it for 7 years now, no cure. Symptoms are wide spread pain thru-out the body, headaches, lightheadedness, fatique, stiffness, etc. Like you, any chore is a challenge. I'm done for the day if I just vacume. I have a very understanding Dr. now and a lot of support from my family. If you want any more info., you can email me. The best of luck to you.
