You should be able to tell if it is Polymyalgia by the way prednisone helps. If it is not helping then it probably is not. Fatigue is one of the symptoms. I have had it for about a year and half and also can only do about one thing a day and then have to rest. Hope your Dr decides what it is for sure soon. Just hang in there. Some days are better than others.
