I don't know if this will be of any help, but my daughter had stomach pains all her life, starting very young. I never new what it could be. I thought she was allergic to milk and other foods, but later on I found out that she was surrering with Crohn's diaease. I would make sure that your son has had a colonoscopy to rule out this. My daughter is feeling much better now that she knows what is going on with her body. She is now 23 years old and just found out that she had Crohns. He might be just fine, but it wouldn't hurt to make sure.
