Number one get a test for H pylori in his blood. If its pozitif get a treatment for that. But make sure he isnt allergic to Penicillin. They have other medications for it. If itsnt that Than Number 2 go to a good doctor for Parazitis. There are only 2 good labroties for parazite checking in his blood test. Please find out about them. And make sure they check it.
