You should probably stop eating veg, especially green ones and obviously carrots, perhaps some fruit too except banana. You may find potatoes OK. Rice is a good substitute for veg as it is low in fibre and quite bland. Have you tried an elimination diet? Or at least cut out some things that are known to cause trouble like wheat products (that includes pasta), dairy products and red meat. If you cut a lot of things from your diet you may be advised to take a general vitamin/mineral supplement. Hope that helps. Barbara
