Try the following - eliminate all wheat, gluten and dairy from your diet. Add Aloe Vera Juice, L-Glutamine and Probiotics before meals. C and B complex with meals. Fish oil and flax oil alternately after meals. Take supplements twice a day - am and pm. RELAX
