is the pain a burning sensation or does it go numb? Do you have a pinched nerve in your back? I have trouble sometimes with my hip area and walking and its called sciatica and its known to flare up for a few days and then go away. Its is very painful and your right not much seems to help. Soaking in epsom salts may help temporarily?? Good Luck.
