I have pain in my thighs too. It has been less lately since I quit taking vitamins with calcium carbonate. This calcium form is hard to digest and can get left in the tissues instead of being used and excreted. Also cramping could be caused by taking diuretics that can cause a loss of potassium. You could also have a pH imbalance. Get a litmus test kit and check your urine in the morning. If you are too acid, this could cause your cramping. Try to take calcium supplements that are water soluble and are used easier by the body. Also do you have any sacral or lumbar problems that could be putting pressure on your sciatic nerves.
