I hsad my gall bladder out almost 15 yrs. ago and have all kinds of recurring problems. I, too, have right shoulder pain, but i don't think they are related. I am going to have surgery to remove a bone spur and fix a partially torn rotator. I tried all kinds of physical therapy, and nothing helped. I hope the surgery is the answer. Maybe you gall bladder surgery damaged a nerve relating to the shoulder or neck. That is very possible.
