Yes you sound as though you are in the same path as me. I recently had a mylogram with a CAT and a nerve conduction test. The mylogram seems to show that i have some disc disrruption, they call it, apparently it could be tears in 2 of my discs. The nerve test did show some damage from my previous surgery, but in the Left leg. Everything states I should be having pain in my left leg but it is mostly in the right. They are now sending me to Duke Hosp. pain clinic for further evaluations. There are certain procedures they do that the Local neurologist don't do. I believe they are going to inject cortisone into thedisc areas that day if they feel that will help. I had no results from the Inj. to the hip or any of the other normal treatments for Bursitis. Now they say it's not Bursitis. I really don't think they know what it is. All my tests do show numerous problems but none to answer the pain in the r hip and leg. They said the tears could do that.???????? I guess I just have to wait and see. My work told me the other day that they have put up with this long enough and want me back to my normal nursing duties at least 3 days. This means 9 to 9 1/2 hrs. on my feet. I wont be able to walk after that. They have ignored the Drs. advice. They have put up enough, I'm the one in pain.
