Tisch: I went to WVU Pain Clinic last year and had monthly injections of cortizone in my back for 4 months. The first month there was a noticeable difference in the pain, but after that no difference at all. They also told me to learn to live with the pain. The doctors there didn't seem to know what was causing the pain in my right hip. I have arthritis, spinal stenosis, and degenitive disc disease in my lower back. I am hopeful that the bursitis of the hip is a disgnosis that I can find some help for soon. Like I mentioned before, I've been doctoring for 123 years and this is the first time anyone of the many doctors I've seen has even put a name to the problem let alone gave me hope. Please, keep in touch.....
