i too have this problem but it was also the t band muscle and i more then likely have bursitis in this area.if u have not gone to physio therapy i would strongly recommend this and a chiropractor. my therapist stretch the t band muscle and it helped greatly if u do go to therapy i would suggest u ask them if they know how to do this. good luck this is a condition that she will have for the rest of her life but exercise and the right therapy should help.
