RSD diets

I know of Dr. H's diet and have tried to follow it, but everyone is different. How one person reacts to something will vary from how another will react. My RSD goes crazy with no caffeine and it triggers a flair-up. My daughter has migraines and drinks a Mountain Dew to ease the pain from that. Most people cannot have caffeine with migraines. Because everyone is different, each of us needs to find what works and what doesn't specifially for our body. I avoid meats as much as possible, especially all organ and red meats. I went off caffeine for about two months and was the worst RSD time. Once I went back on it eased up. I gave it more than enough time to clear my system. We all need to be advocates for our health. No one knows your body better than you do so please listen to what your body is saying. If it hurts to sit too long or to walk too long...don't do it. If the cold hurts...warm up and if the heat hurts...cool off. I cannot handle the cold of Minnesota winters and have just discovered cannot handle the 95 and humid summer days either. We don't' have air conditioning so I spend a lot of time in my car, the library or a store. Please email me if you would like to talk.
