RSD diets

DIET is VERY, VERY, IMPORTANT with RSD. I have had it since 1995. No hot dogs, caffiene, chocolate, soda pop, lunch meat, foods high in phosphates, alcohol, nicotine. Keep it simple...healthy foods. Fruits, veges, fish, chicken, red meat as tolerated by symptoms, cholesterol, tryglycerides etc. I am not a doctor...just another RSD sufferer who knows the ropes and what works and what doesn't. Also, alot of RSD meds have the side effects of making one eat more/increased appetite/weight gain! AVOID THE EXTRA POUNDS!!!!! It's hard enough to walk now without the extra flab. Hope this helps you. I really do. I would do just about anything for another RSD sufferer. NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW THE HELL WE LIVE WITH EVERYDAY. Only the person with RSD knows the pain...that RSD pain. GOOD LUCK!
