I, too have had carpal tunnel in both hands, and tennis elbow in my right arm along with impingement syndrome. I took the shots, that they offered along with medications. Nothing seemed to work, so I had surgery. I am doing great, and I hope in whatever decision you decide, that it will benefit you the most. Good luck.
