In 1998 I was having the same symptoms as you are. The only other symptom that I was having that you didn't list was very frequent bowel movements. All it takes to learn if you have a thyroid problem is some simple blood tests. In Nov. of 1998 I had my thyroid removed. The disease that I found out that I had was "Graves Disease". So they removed my goiter and I am a very healthy 30 yr.old woman. The blood test that can determine if you have thyroid problems is a TSH3 and TSH4. Thyroid stimulating hormones is what that stands for. There is several alternatives other than surgery that you may have a choice of. I wish you well. But, you do need to see a very good endocrinologist. That is someone who specializes in Thyroid. God Bless You. Theresa Payne
