I had my gall bladder removed 2 weeks ago. Prior to surgery, I had a cat scan of the entire abdomen, and an ultrasound of my ovaries, etc...My doc ordered a hida scan which showed my gall bladder was only working at 13%, so I feel confident that it was the source of my pain. Problem is, I am still in pain. It feels the same. It is certainly more painful after I eat, and is on the front right upper abdomen through to my back. The pain even aches down my back. Has anyone else experienced this after surgery? What did you do about it?
