Tracie, I can't give you any advice, but I have a similar problem. My 7 month old has a unusually large head also. They have done CAT scans and ultra sounds on him and still can't determine if it's hydrocephalus. The're not sure if it's fluid or just space that there seeing. He also has no symptoms and seems do be doing fine developmentally. He does have a place on the side of his head where a suture has not closed and it feels like a crack.They seem to think that it could be because of pressure. The neurologist isn't rushing into anything though. He wants to watch him for a while. This has been going on since he was about 3 or 4 months old. His head circ. is 19 1/4 now.
