Hi, I also have dry eyes living in Arizona. My Dr. just told me to get Johnsons no more tears baby shampoo, and wash your eyes, the top lids and the bottom lids, then put a very hot face cloth on them, if u can do it in the shower, it is better, let water run on face with face cloth protecting them, then take drops 4 to 5 times a day, hope it works for u.
