I too have dry eyes as a result of lasik surgery 1-1/2 yrs ago. There is something called KERACAPS (ask your doctor) which are loaded with mono and polyunsaturated fats. Behind your eyeballs are adipose tissue which if nourished with these type fats may help relieve some of the dryness. Also, be sure to get plenty of the "good" fats in your diet (olive oil, sunflower of pumpkin seeds or other seeds and nuts) which can help this situation. It is difficult at times to live with it and can make you self conscious about your skin blushing, but don't give up. Find the right combination of nutrients and stay with it. Let me know how it goes.
