I have heard of women having large uterine fibroids making them appear pregnant. But if you change day to day, you may want to try to eliminate ALL products with wheat for a week or so, and see if you feel much better. Wheat (and similar grains: oat, rye, barley) tends to bloat people...and if you have a wheat allergy (Celiac disease: look it up on the web)....you could easily have those symptoms you described.
