Years ago someone told me to take 4 aspirin every 2 hours when I first began to feel that tingling coming on. I just do this for one day or so and it really does knock out the blister. Sometimes I will still get 1 tiny one, but I can live with that, and it clears up quickly. Most of the time the tingling ends and no blisters ever form. It's not an option for people who have stomach bleeding problems when they take aspirin. Linda
