Hello, I read your post and had to write so see if the doctors had suggested anything else besides MS? Such as Fibromyalgia or Myofacial Pain Syndrome? I have these and your symptoms sound exactly like me. Please check it out. I see a physical Medicine Rehabilitation Specialist for treatment. A lot of doctors think this disease is "all in the head" but trust me it is real and you have to find docs who know about it and can treat it. If you need any advice or just want to know more please email me and I would be happy to reply. I had a cervial fusion in Dec 98 and back surgery in Apr 99 and was diagnosed with this in July 99. I thought I was crazy. My pain level is high and I am on Vicodin for this. I am restricted to work part time which has helped the fatigue however I am starting to have problems with back pain when I try to sleep at night so another MRI is probably going to have to be done.
