Maybe you have Muscular Dystrophy. My fiance had a knee injury when he was playing softball and it turned out that the knee injury occurred because he had MD and didn't know it. This happened years ago when he was in his middle thirties. They confirmed it was MD by doing a muscle biopsy. He was an all star athlete in H.S. and he ran track. MD can be diagnosed at any age.
