My son Alex was diagnosed with dyspraxia in March of this year,he is 4 years & 9 months old. He has been very slow at reaching all his physical mile stones...i.e..sitting up unaided, crawling, walking, riding his bike etc. Alex also tends to get very aggressive and use foul language when confronted with anything different or negative, he also tends to opt out of anything he finds tricky for example...drawing, painting, jigsaws, hopping, running and roll playing with his peers. Alex finds it hard to make and keep friends of his own age and prefers adult company. We are awaiting his Physio and OT. assesment which is due in October, hopefully after this we will be pointed in the right dirrection to try and help Alex improve his physical skills.
