Our oldest child was diagnosed finally around 1 year with mild hypotonia dysplegia/ mild cerebral palsy. Her prognosis was questionable at best. Her physiatrist went to far as to say, "I can't tell you if your child will ever learn to walk". I assure you that early intervention is the key. It became a fulltime job for me as her mom. We had no insurance for this type of care, but amazing things were made possible. Our daughter is now 13 years old and in 7th grade and doing great Be encouraged as you begin your journey.
