I had acne rosacea to the point that my nose was like a huge, red beacon. A friend mentioned tetracycline which I asked my doctor about. He gave me a prescription for for 250mg capsules per day and told me that after it had subsided to cut back to as low a dosage as would control the symptoms. I am now at one 250mg capsule every other day and I have had no symptoms for over five years. I hope this information is of value. sincerely Al Carey
