look for nivea lotion and i use aveeno soap for acne,shampoo i use anything cuz it hasnt affected me but when you purchase items look on the back it will tell you, i use differin and nitraite cream for my face, i went ot the dermatologist the other day and so far there isnt anything new out there now but im on top of things, like i posted before anything you eat and drink and stress in life all affects it but i eat anythig and drink anything and knock on wood no flare ups on my face at allmy face has been clear since the nitrate cream.keep in touch..
