I was so glad to hear you describe your daughter as an "angel" . I work in a rehabilitation home for developmentally disabled adults, and although we rarely have anyone under the age of 21, it has been the most rewarding career that I could have choosen. I recieve more hugs daily than most people can imagine. Although it saddens me that my friends cannot always stay with thier familys, I thank the lord daily for giving me the opportunity to be in thier lives, because now they have become part of my family.My angels have touched many lives, includung my own, my childrens( who do not stare at people with differences) and many others in my nieghborhood who attend barbeques at my home. Thank you for touching my heart with the story of your angel. I just wanted to let you know that caregivers love these angels too, no matter what thier age is.
