I can feel your pain and I wonder about the Doctors also. I was diagnosed with this in 1981,then they called it Fibrositis. It started in my left shoulder. Prior to 1981 I had 9 major sugeries, but I managed to escape the real pain until I had my gallbladder out and then everything broke lose. I couldn't even feed myself, had to quit my job everything I enjoyed in life. I loved dancing walking you name it, snow machineing. My family thought it was all in my head,so that left me to do things on my own.I'm still battling this. Can't do any sedondary things so that leaves a limited amount of jobs. I work now with the handicapp and believe me sometimes I think the should help me. Medicine:clonezepam (for sleep)prozac(for depression and to also inhance sleep) I'm on a ton load of meds for other things that have developed since I was diagnosed with this, also irritable bowel to.(HOPE THIS HELPS)
