I'm one who never failed to tell about my epilepsy because I never knew when I'd have a seizure. I also didn't want employers to think I was anything but straightforward on my application. I'm presently making app. 6000/year, but SS insists I'm not "disabled" because I've been able to acquire jobs. If my husband didn't work at the same industry I'd not be able to work nor make some ends meet. Ones I know have given up and become vegetables, collected disability and SS, and have 2-3X the income I have, and can't even get Medicaid.
