I had the same problem for about a year. In fact I could not eat a full meal ever. I used to enjoy eating out as it was a pleasure for me to get away from the daily grind and enjoy good food. I was finally diagnosed with a slight case of depression caused by a chemical imbalance. My doctor put me on Paxil and my appetite slowly came back. I also was not sleeping well. I do sleep better now,but there are still nights that I still don't sleep too well. Good luck!
