Hi! I am 23. When I was in High School, I had an eating disorder, but my friends and family don't let it go to long. I would tell you that it's a good idea to start out slow when you start eating again. Have one to two pieces of bread a day and a glass of milk. Then move on to something you really enjoy eating.
