Hi, I'm 19 and have had all sorts of throat problems throughout my entire life....it seems like 3 weeks couldn't go by without something going wrong with my throat. Well a couple of weeks ago I got a few absess in my throat and it swelled up so big that i couldn't breathe, so i went to the E.R. who, in turn, sent me to a specialist who told me I was to have a tonsillectomy.....so that's coming next week!!! I wasn't too worried about it (people have it done everyday) UNTIL I read your story, now I'm really having second thoughts. Not looking forward to it at all!!!
