I would think long and hard before settling for any amount. I had a neck injury and had surgery, I had a herniated disk at C4-5 with a fusion. After about 7months of recovery I was feeling pretty good so $25,000 sounded very good to me and I settled. Now 15 years later I am having all kinds of neck problems and chronic pain looking at another possible surgery.
