I recall a similar message a year or so ago, I replied that a shampoo with Tea-Tree oil in it helps. Washing all clothing, bedding anything that comes into contact with the children carrying the lice should be done. Vaccuming is needed on all furniture, 3-piece suites, beds as well as carpets. Tell the school because these little darlings started somewhere and if they cannot be ridded of by hygiene at home then there must be a carrier at school or any social clubs that the children go to. Also, the parents have to be treated as well, the louse is not particular how old or young their hosts are. Good luck form the UK.
