Hi, You have to wash everything-all there quilts,stuffed anaimals, coats, sheets-anything they have been incontact with that is washable-wash and make sure it goes in the dryer. There is a sray you can buy to sray your furniture, it is sold by there head lice products. Also Blow dry there hair everytime you wash it- the heat release's the eggs and it will stop or slow down the process. My daughter had it and it was so hard to get rid of. I threw out all the hair brushes and combs-(thats a breading zone)-keep all this up and eventualy it will go away. Good Luck, Karen
