Have you tried massage therapy(find someone who specializes in deep tissue, rehabilitative type work.)? Chiropractics can also be of great help. Accupuncture? Also Pilates-find someone who does Pilates as physical therapy or rehab work NOT power pilates. What positions are you in at work? ie computer, labor. Are you stressed out? It may not be one thing that works for you but rather a combo of things. Good luck. Help is out there. Use the intensity of of your frustration to enable you to keep going until you find relief!!
