My son has been dx. with fibromyalgia. He is 48 and is in constant pain. I was wondering if anyone who has been dx. with fibromyalgia experienced swollen ankles and rashes. I'm not sure how seriously his doctor takes him. He takes darvocet for the pain but lately it's no longer working. He has an appointment with a dermatologist next week. I'm sure he will biopsy the rash and maybe it will indicate something other than fibromyalgia. I just hate to see him in sooo much pain.
