my husband has experienced migranes for over 14 yrs now.last yr he started blacking out with them.the blackouts last any where from 2-5 minutes,does anyone know how long a person can be unconsious before permanent damage happens?he cant drive,lost his job,hates to leave the house.the drs say its nothing to worry about but when he comes to he has siezure like activity,hes on several different meds to control it but nothing works and he has a constant daily migrane now.all tests are negitive and i think the veterans docs have given up on us,he cant be left alone for any amount of time.some articles ive read say after 2 minutes call for help others say wait 5 minutes to a half hr,the docs tell me dont worry bout it he will come too when hes ready
