I myself are going to undergoing Nerve Blocks and I am kind of scared. Can some one who has been through it give me some advice on what to expect. I am going to be receiving these blocks for current reflex symapathtetic dystrophy of my left ankle which I had re-injured in march of this year 02. Can you please explain the steps involved. I have some type of medication I have to take at home an hr before I go and have it done in the office. I was given the choice off going to the Operating Room but chose to try it this way. How long does the releif stay in your system for? And how many follow ups did you have to have? Whatever info you get give me would greatley be appreicated.
