I too had cervical dysplasia. I had the cryosurgery. I managed to get pregnant within two weeks after I had gotten the all clear from the gynecologist. I had a very easy pregnancy with no problems. I now have a very healthy nearly 4 yr old daughter. I have had another child since and will probably have another within the next two years.
