I had a L4-5 laminectomy on Dec 3 of last year. Prior to the surgery my right foot was numb with come-and-go numbness in the left. After the surgery, my right foot is fine, but the left foot is always numb. The doctor told me in Feb it could be scar tissue and sometimes another surgery is needed. Give your surgery time. There is a lot of swelling and once it subsides, hopefully you will feel better.
