I still have pain even after the shot in my arm, I still can not raise it up to where it supposeed to go, so I guess will have to just live with it, if I am diagnosed right.dr. thought it was something else and twisted my arm behind my back then gave it a jerk, I guess thinking that would help being able to move it, made me worse, because he misdiagnosed me the first time.who knows maybe that is why I still have pain and problems with my arm,hope ou get relief soon whether it be hips or arm or where ever, first it was supposed to be tendonitis, then frozen shoulder, but the mri's proved them both wrong Drs.I don't have any use for them
