Hi Donna, Thank you for your input. I'm sorry that your PMR came back. I've been told that can happen. I hope you are feeling better now. I'm feeling pretty comfortable at 7.5 mg of Prednisone, but I was disappointed that I could remain on my recent tapered dose, which was 5 mg. I don't know how soon I will be able to try a taper again. I'll be talking to my rheumatologist this week to find out what he recommends. Have you had any side effects from being on Prednisone for 4 years? My only side effect has been a little weight gain, but I'm okay with it. I hope you have good luck in tapering your dose this time!
