Hi, I used to be hypoglycemic and changed my diet completely and have no more problems with it. First off, I don't sugars, none, not that I watch my sugar. I have none that includes reading ingredients on everything, also asking at restaurants when eating out. Sugars have names like: cane juice, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, florida crystals, brown sugar, etc. Do not eat anything with that or others in it. I also really cut down on fruits for quite some time I didn't have any at all. If you crave something sweet, find some things that are sweetened with brown rice syrup which are plentiful in a health food store. You should also really stick to a diet of 60% grains and then have lots of veggies and beans and such. You can stick some fish in your diet if you are craving some animal flesh. Good luck, it will take some time but you'll feel like a million bucks!
